Pretty With Purpose, Inc. was established in 2017 by Kimberly L. Jefferson. Kim is passionate about empowering girls to be and give their best. She believes each goal she sets should align with God’s purpose and plan for her life. As wife to Pastor Nehemiah Jefferson, Esq., she serves as the musical voice of Triumph Christian Church, Inc. in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Kim began her professional career in the arena of child welfare and has held several positions with the Florida Department of Children and Families. Kim has worked in the areas of healthcare compliance and privacy with agencies that support Medicaid recipients, individuals with developmental disabilities and those that treat individuals with substance abuse issues. She has a Master of Social Work Degree and a Master of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration. She is President of Reborn Counseling, LLC and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the States of Florida and Alabama. 

There is a great reward in seeing a young girl who is feeling hopeless be restored with joy and the determination to fight through her situation. Kim has been inspiring girls in her community and church for years, and she wants to expand this calling. There is so much work to do in our communities and for our children. Kim feels it is her duty as a mentor and coach to help girls dig deep to find their inner strength. Pretty With Purpose, Inc. is the result of prayer for the purpose God has planned for these girls’ lives, and we strive to partner with other organizations and community leaders to help make a positive impact on the young women we serve.
